2024-04-28 15:30:37 +0000 UTCHe probably just got hit by a car. Why the cops think that didn't happen makes no sense. He may have been hit just past that over pass, and the car didn't swerve or stop. Also, the belt being down, maybe his pants were tight, that's what I do.
