Happy New Years!

I wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a Happy New Years :). This has been an absolutely crazy year and I am incredibly thankful for each and everyone of you being by my side and allowing me to continue on this journey. 

Some highlights:

The channel had its biggest growth this past year with roughly 29,000 new faces. 

We launched the ModBotArmy Discord sometime around march and there are now over 700 members which is insane. I have loved hanging out, answering questions, seeing what everyone is working on and learning a ton myself. This is something I wish I had done way sooner.

We started weekly streaming about a month and a half ago on a new channel which has been a ton of fun. This is also something I have wanted to do for some time but have always made excuses. Really looking forward to continuing this and improving upon the format.

As for the main ModBot channel, 2022 will follow in a similar path with a weekly upload on Saturdays. I have a couple months of videos lined up (not completed lol I wish just a topic) and am very excited to see what new things happen in the space. The channel has always been aimed at trying to touch a bit on different areas and I feel we have been doing a great job of that. 

I do plan on sending out a poll perhaps here, and on YT to get some feedback on what form of content viewers would like to see more of so that I can make sure I am taking that into account with the direction we head. 

A few personal things happening this year:

I am getting Married in April! I got engaged to Erin right when the pandemic started (to be fair it was before) in March of 2020. We were able to lock in a date and now are panicking to get everything lined up. It is going to be a very small wedding which I am thankful for but we are both looking forward to our next chapter. 

We are also going to be moving between July/August out of state. We are heading to Idaho for seasons, less people, and so we can afford something more than this 700 sqft place. I am thrilled to get a studio back and hopefully a garage so we can do some laser cutting and CNC work. I feel we are beyond max capacity here and although we are definitely making due, having more space will allow bigger projects on the channel which is something I cannot wait for.
