It's my birthday month and I want to share with you all my frosting recipe. I use this recipe for cakes and cupcakes and top it with shaved coconut. It's sweet but there is no refined sugar. Enjoy this simple recipe. (I usually double this recipe for a cake)

Healthy Frosting
Makes about 1/2 cup
1/2 cup of raw, unsalted cashews
1/4 cup almond milk
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
pinch of salt
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy. Drizzle or spoon onto your cake or cupcakes and enjoy!
