Price per piece and predicted retirement date

There are two updates to BrickHawk, just released, to share with you The first being that "price per piece" is now being shown next to the High/Low prices for each retailer. It's displayed with the prefix "P/P", and you can see this highlighted in the image above. 

The second update is to BrickHawk Insights, with two new insights: "LEGO® Shop availability" and "Predicted to retire". BrickHawk Insights is available exclusively to Middle Hawk and Big Hawk Patrons.

The first of the insights, "LEGO® Shop availability", is the set's availability in the official LEGO® Shop in your region. This can often be a good yardstick when looking at how readily available a set is.

The second, "Predicted to retire", is very much a "let's see how this performs" type of insight! BrickHawk is always learning, and is now ready to share it's latest findings - when a LEGO® set is going to/likely to/might retire. No doubt "pending retirement" is a key factor when deciding if it's time to pull the pin on buying a set, so this one could be very useful.

"How accurate is it!?" you all ask! Well - let's see. There is no guarantee LEGO® themselves won't change their mind and the "Predicted to retire" date could very well change on a set. But let us all see how well it performs over the next few months. To help us gauge this, here are some of the popular hawks for Patrons which BrickHawk predicts will retire this year:
