** This is the link for the webp codec. You only need to download this if you can’t see the pictures in the folder outside of the game. The pictures will work in renpy without this. Renpy has it’s own codecs to display the pictures.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Added two new characters:

1. Bastet. Which had shown in the story before in Layla’s story about how she got her power, now shows up in a dream. She only appears in the posthuman’s route.

2. Meister. A totally new character, he shows up if Mack leaves the town.

Added fifteen new scenes:

1. Hiehie has three new dream scenes. One in the Human’s route, two in home’s route.

2. Val has one new scene in which you help her in her room on posthuman’s route.

3. Kayla has three new scenes. All in Human’s route.

4. Mary has three new scenes. One that marks the start of the three main routes of the game, one of which has three versions depending on the route you are on, and another one on the home’s route.

5. Violet has a new scene in human’s route.

6. Mack has two new scenes. Both in the home’s route.

7. Officer cunt has two new scenes. Both on posthuman’s route.

8. Bruno has one new scene in the home route if you enter boringtown after Mack leaving the town.

Added two new deaths/endings:

1. Both on home’s route. Happens if you tell Mack that the zombie event started at the other city and not in your town. You get a hint about what happened between the twins back when Layla became a zombie in one of them. 

Fixes:

1. Tried a new method of initializing variables after loading a save from an old version. It should eliminate any incompatibilities from this and future versions. I’m sorry it took me this long to realize there was a way to do this. No more restarting from the beginning between versions, unless I mess something up.

2. Fixed bug that happened at the start of the game after skipping only the first day. Map screen used undefined variable if you tried to go back home instead of going directly to main street.

3. Added more pictures to the main menu which changed randomly every time you open the game. 

4. Reduced pictures size by converting them to webp at 99 loss. The images will show up in the game without problems, but if you want to see the images on the computer outside of the game you’ll need the webp codec. Again, this is only if you want to watch the pictures without using renpy. 

5. Fixed salvage system to remove the “salvage” button left behind after Mack’s event. Sorry about this, I never realized how annoying this was until I played the whole game to test it.

6. I found a way to make ‘movies’ using renpy’s own coding instead of using external movies. This should remove the lag before a movie starts and also avoid the difference in quality between pictures and movies. I replaced all the old movies and made the new ones using this.

7. Fixed one of the videos in hiehie’s school dream with val that stayed on after the scene ended. I don’t know if that happened before or if I made a mistake after changing the videos, in any case it’s fixed now.
