What we've been up to / Patreon reward changes

Thank you everyone for your continued support. Your contributions have helped us to not only keep the server running, but also to put on fun events like the WizMUD Scary Movie Night Marathon, finance things like a Japanese dub of the event trailer to broaden WizMUD's international reach, as well as to pay for various tools and assets for our new online video game!

What we've been up to lately:

Right now we're going all in on our new untitled co-op dungeon crawler (you can read a little more about it on 80 level). We're really excited to start sharing more info with you guys, which we're planning to start doing by next weekend. On the side, we're also working on some better dev ops for WizMUD to ease the process of doing small updates.

Changes to Patreon rewards

New $5 tier rewards:

This tier is great for people who'd just like to support us and follow along on our new video game journey + people who want to play the game early in its most raw form.

• Bi-weekly Patreon exclusive posts with in-depth devlogs, screenshots and gifs of the new game. 

• Invite to pre-alpha test our new awesome game

• Intermittent posts about WizMUD happenings / misc. dungeon game screenshots

• Special Discord role

New $10 tier rewards:

This tier is for people who want to support our new game endeavors + want a little WizMUD drip. Preserving our funny wizard world gets harder by the year and we'd like to do it right. We're obsessed with WizMUD, and even though we released it in 1996, we're still looking for new small ways to breathe life into it. Your 10 dollar donation will go a long way to this + will converted into WizBucks at a 3 : 1 ratio ( is it 1 : 3? I dont know, 30 Wiz bucks)

• All previous rewards

• Monthly Wiz bucks allowance to buy new items in the WizMUD store ( a stack of new items will be put in the shop every 3 months)

• Name in credits of new game

Regarding $1 tier donors

We’ve decided we'll be retiring the $1 dollar reward tier, but would like to thank everyone who has pledged. You all have been a huge help in getting us to this point so thank you very much o7. We'll make everyone who's donated whole by the time the new items hit the wiz zone store.
