new project soon
Added 2021-09-14 15:01:07 +0000 UTChey humans, i will start a new explorative project soon (but probably only starting somewhere after 27th of oct which is when i have to hand in my BA thesis which is keeping me stressed and busy atm).
last year from the beginning until 200 days later i gave myself the challenge to design a poster every day - no matter what. sometimes i only had 10 minutes sometimes i spend 4 hours. so every day 200 days in a row (you can check the results on my design insta @mari.ged)
it really taught me to not care about the result and focus on what matters most: the process. now i was thinking damn, ive been making music for nearly ten years and never did something specifically explorative - so i wanna do the same with music.
it's gonna look something like this: make a musical idea (1-2min length) every day - no matter what. 23:45? better get a pc quick. whatever comes out of it, will be what comes out of it. if it's shit, it's shit. if it's cool, it's cool. i think i wanna document the process on soundcloud or something so it's like a diary. not sure how many days i wanna do it yet but will keep u updated.
