Juicy July
Added 2020-07-29 02:44:49 +0000 UTCAny meaning to the post title? Nope, I just couldn't think of anything and I like alliteration. Actually, Juice is a really good "bop" by Lizzo.
I procrastinate these posts excessively, because I feel like my patrons are my employers. It's a weird relationship that my mind has fabricated over time, even though the true premise is that you enjoy what I make and want to support my doing so... But I still feel like I need to satisfy self-assigned metrics.
So now that I've admitted some long term feelings I've been having, let's talk about Braytech updates.
- Challenges module improvements (Now view)
- Added Vendor inventories to Maps view
- Added maps settings to Maps views
- Reprocessed all Maps view screenshots
- Improved Braytech's core resilience significantly on numerous occasions
- Ongoing Content Vault support
- Improvements to Quests view item detail design
- Added support for upcoming Solstice of Heroes content
- Improvements to triumphs visibility state design
- Improvements to Inspect view and tooltips design
- Further i18n works to continue to make Braytech available to more users
One of Braytech's newer features is "dynamic" notifications. Previously, all notifications were delivered by bundling them with code updates, which could be slow to reach users. Braytech now regularly phones home and asks, "Is there any news?" and if so, returns the latest. This allows me to inform users of important information within a 5 minute window.
I'm having a weird time with "it" (like, life and stuff) lately. Braytech keeps me focused, productive. Thanks 3000 for being here and for reading my nonsense. You and Destiny are amazing.
Stay safe out there.
