It’s official Baddies: I’m going to take a minimum six months off my day job to work on the Bad Space graphic novel.
I applied for (and got!) a grant, and combined with my Patreon, it should be do-able.

I freaking love doing research for Bad Space Stories, I just discover such gruesome stuff - and Soviet history, in particularly, is hairy AF.

In some great news to kick off 2025 - Bad Space is going to print this year!
I can’t say too much more yet, but we finally have a publisher I like, and it looks like we will have it on the shelves mid this year.

My very first Bad Space comic was The Billionaire. I was still finding my style when I drew this story and as such, of all my comics, the art in these panels doesn’t quite match the tone of everything else that has followed.

I’ve always found the idea of AI taking over the world faintly ridiculous: it’s classic othering. For one thing it’s just the same old fear of other tribes, other countries and aliens - who clearly want what we have!
