What does it mean for a dimension to be the focus of the month?
The dimension voted as the focus of the month will be the priority for feature updates, bug fixes, suggestion reviews and community engagement.
What will happen to dimensions that are not voted as the focus of the month?
They will still receive work towards feature updates and bug fixes, and periodic reviewal of suggestions, but the focus of the month will take precedent if the choice is between them.

Retrospective on the poll: Zombies has been receiving steady updates since the v2 release. Survival has received mostly fixes to TrueSSC with some plans to investigate DST mechanics server-side. MyBuild has not received any work so far.
