Thanks to a Friend...
Added 2020-04-29 14:33:13 +0000 UTCThanks to a friend, one of my big problems with building a 3D Dymoria was solved.
He is helping me with a large project in Second Life to boost our income; and then after that, we plan on working on a couple games as a team.
In that, he bought me a copy of Character Creator 3 from RealIllusion. This program has been on my wish list for a very long time, mostly because it allows to create an array of characters and, for the most part, rig clothing to the characters.
I've already tested the ability to get the characters and animations into Godot-- which I can do.
This was the major missing piece to Dymoria's 3D development-- characters, and a simple way to get clothing into the game.
So, when the time comes to get back at it... I finally have characters I can fully animate and attach clothes to!
