Added 2023-08-06 01:06:09 +0000 UTCswitching up the password and also adding a few new beats to the player. Came up on a bunch of beats I made in like middle school. Ill add them to the player within 24hours at the top.
growing up on the rez I always stayed home and made beats on an old laptop my dad used for work. I would use the demo version of FLstudio at the time (early 2000s) to make full beats (you cant save the .FLP in demo mode, but you could save individual wave files.) So I would bounce each sequence to a .wav and then stitch them back together in the pattern section to make a full beat.
I was able to get a good following back then on soundclick. I literally was charting on the first page every week, while in middle school! But soundclick soon had changed their rules and cracked down on sampling. So my acccount went under review and was soon deleted. I felt discouraged, afraid, and I since then took a very long break with sharing my Bap.
I took a break, but I always kept practicing. And only in 2022 decided to start putting my music back out there online again.
I still get a little afraid of being censored or deleted because of my preference to sample. dont get me wrong. I can and have made original music (sunday cruise and reflect) but my heart is with the original form Hip Hop was meant to be. Sampled.
Anyway sorry for the rant! Haha.
