instructions:
Add SubScene to Scene and load the content, or customize it through UnityAsset.
After UnityAsset loads Buildings, you can load HeMao_Cabin_Controller.cs to control building doors and windows.
Having a UnityAsset with SubScene as the parent may invalidate the Scripts, and disassociate it from the SubScene and reload the script to take effect again.
