There's one area all the "Freelance Streetwalker" girls go to wait for customers, near Shinjuku's Kabukicho. This area is called Okubo Park. Its a big square park that is closed off at night, howver girls will all gather and sit and wait around the park to get customers. The police have been trying to crack down on this area a bit, but it's not doing much. Some of the girls will just wait slightly further down the road, all in the vicinity of the love hotels. Key note most of these girls don't speak english, and will try and charge you a good amount of money. Also if you do pull one, always be cautious of your important items like your wallet when you go to the bathroom, just to be safe.
