For example today I installed a water heater by myself that took up most of the day because I've never done it before.

I still have quite a severe lingering cough I think I got from that wedding trip or shortly after. Makes my throat sore, heat hurt, and I just generally feel like shit by the afternoon.
It's been 3 weeks now and I've tried quite a lot of stuff. Prescription anti-bacteria pills and prescription cough meds i got from the clinic, allergy stuff, flu meds, cough meds and drops, immune system boosters, the works.
At this point, I think I just have to let my immune system get rid of it. It's getting better, but VERY slowly.
It might also be some issue from dust. I don't know. But I did get the place I live cleaned and replaced all my vents and add filters to them.
