Willow Creek's Last Lots WIP

Just wanted to give you guys an update. There are two lots left in Willow Creek, one is obviously the third part of the Reclaimed Factory set and the other one is another residential lot (because there is only one in the neighborhood and it becomes difficult to play the eco-lifestyle community vibe with just one residential).

The Residential lot next to the Clock Tower will most likely be released first. This lot is a bit different but similar at the same time. It's an ORPHANAGE for Delinquent Teenagers. I am using the Haunted Residential from Paranormal, but you can always just make it a regular Residential. Here's a preview

As you can see it has a very very creepy vibe. The Warden, I mean director of this not-respectable institution should give very creepy vibes (might make a vampire to share).

And the third part of the Reclaimed Factory is going to be something special. I'm going to release this one last because... it's a COMMUNITY SPACE! That means it's 4 lots in one. The regular abandoned place (with some items for fun if you like to hang out in an abandoned factory), the community garden, the marketplace and the maker space. It's up to your sims to decide what they want on this lot! Of course you can always just use whichever one you like best if you don't have eco-lifestyle. Here's the preview
