a leeel update... (industry stuff!)

Hey guys!  I recently took an industry job, so I'll be pausing the billing this upcoming month.

I did this a year or so ago when I took my last industry job, and it feels like the right thing to do.   I'll actually be continuing to pause the billing while I'm employed at this job... for any month where I feel like my output is really low and I don't have much to post.

That said, I do have stuff to post!  I am in the compositing stage of W2H2 currently, so I can continue to upload shots as .gifs, with their newly updated BGs and everything!  Maybe the occasional video?  We'll see.

Anyway, once the workflow of this new job evens out, I am hoping to juggle both of them.  The first week on the job I was just working on W2H2 anyway, because there was literally nothing for me to do!  But this past week or so has been all GO GO GO, WE'RE SO BEHIND... haha.  It's a new show, and new shows are always a hot mess, so that's pretty normal I guess.

Just wanted to keep you guys in the loop!  I'll be posting those composited shots pretty soon here, so look forward to that!  And in the meantime may your wallets rest easy.  Buy yourselves something nice with that $5 every month.

(P.S.  For anyone curious what show it is, it doesn't have a name set in stone yet?  They're acting like it hasn't been announced, but it definitely has, so idk what's up with that.  Anyway it's from comedian Ramy Youssef, it's about growing up in a Muslim family in America during the early 2000s... haha.  I'm doing retakes animation with a team comprised of my IRL friends!  I sometimes pass up industry jobs in order to work on W2H2 more, but the idea of working with people I already know I love was too good to pass on.)
