I have taken another look at your account and can explain the details of your suspension.
On April 23rd, you were suspended for a breach of guidelines and reinstated May 1st. Because this timeline overlapped with payments processing on May 1, your pledges did not process and your patrons were not charged for the month of May.
This means that you will not be receiving the payout for May.
