Pre-Alpha July 2023 & Important News Update (Please Read)

RELEASE NEWS:

Hello to you all!

I've gotten the current version of the game to a state where I feel like I am comfortable sharing it with you all!

This first release is a public release, to give everyone a taste of what is to come! This build features the first way for the player to die, being stepped on. This is the first event of many to come, and has been reworked a couple of times to get it to where it is now.

I have also implemented some necessary things a game like this needs in order to improve the user's experience, such as a respawning button and a main menu. Please note that the options button does not yet work in the current build, and there is no pause menu to exit the game, however you can do so when you die, or you can use alt+f4 for now. The lack of an options menu also means that there is no way to turn down audio as of yet, so you may have to use your OS settings if the game is too loud.

Feedback on the level of audio would be much appreciated as my headphones tend to be quite loud on their own which makes it difficult to judge volume levels.

Please expect bugs with the footcrushing system, for example, the right foot isn't working as intended at the moment (and I know why) but the left foot is fine, though seems to have a bit of inconsistent as to how long the foot stays suspended before stomping down on you!

Please comment or DM me with any bugs that you find aside from the two mentioned above, and I hope you all enjoy what has been done so far!

Before downloading, please ensure you have a graphics card capable of raytracing!

IMPORTANT NEWS UPDATE:

First of all I would like to thank you all for the support so far! You guys are amazing, and I'm very grateful to you all!

With this release (minus a couple minor bugs to iron out with the system), the implementation of footcrushing marks the first milestone for the game.

With the completion of each of these milestones, I would like to let patrons of the "Micro" tier and above the chance to vote on a poll as to what milestone to go for next! Though, I will not be listing features and events that will require a lot of assets made in preparation to set them up before they are ready.

I would like to implement this poll for patrons starting now! I will be posting a poll for patrons immediately after writing this!

There will be a new patron poll posted after every milestone reached!

I have very recently found a way that will enable me to quickly create custom animations and poses for the game without the need for an animator, which will open up a lot of possibilities moving forward. This means the following poll will entail features that will make use of this.

PLAN:

Now that the first release is here, I would like to tell you all a little more about what the current goal for the game is.

This current release is Pre-Alpha 0.0.1, meaning the very first playable.

My current goal is to get the game into Alpha 1.0, meaning the implementation of all systems that the game will feature, as well as events. Including:

- The AI being able to initiate dynamic events like buttcrushing, entrapment, vore etc.

- Cat & Mouse game

- Scripted Events for far more complex scenes

- Escape room style puzzles to complete the game

And more!
