North America's Largest Explosive Holocene Volcanic Eruptions

I am planning to cover more large volume explosive eruptions from various volcanoes. This list portrays the largest VEI 6+ eruptions which have occurred during the Holocene in North America. Perhaps to the surprise of some, Mount Saint Helens only appears on this list once. Yet, volcanoes in Alaska appear on it 11 times. Are there any volcanoes on this list which you wish for me to specifically cover? Masaya or Apoyeque perhaps? Be sure to let me know.

I had to look up what DRE (Dense-rock equivalent) was. I've only ever seen Tephra volumes listed for for volcano eruptions. A difference between Tephra and DRE is presented by USGS in the **Detailed Description** of the the following URL: https://www.usgs.gov/media/images/comparison-eruption-sizes-using-volume-magma-erupted

I'd love a discussion on how some of those dates seem to be exact. For example, why exactly "8672 BCE" instead of "approximately 8700 BCE", and why on some and not others.
