For starters, there are these C-straps (basicly a non-flexible, non-constrictive cock ring) that grabs your junk and push it forward and makes bulges look a lot more "in your face" D: There's running pants and longjohns with pouches, and that ridiculous thong with a sleeve just for the D. Mankind has really gone out of its way to dress its genitals.
