Google Drive's a good option because you get YouTube's smooth playback with some more privacy. YouTube's probably the easiest option, but the problem with unlisted videos is that any sussy-imposter-patron can just throw all your unlisted videos into a public playlist and totally defeat the purpose of unlisting them.

Dropbox Sadly Patreon does not host video content directly on their site, so you'll need to upload your video to a hosting site before posting it on Patreon.
