I’ve been grinding in Waco non stop for the last 2 weeks turning the Waco place to a livable space so I can move things there. ALSO I found a fence contractor who can help me with the back of the property so we can bring Dababy out there. First I need to clear out all the old timber. Lots of things going on with zoning and planning with the city too and I do all of this by myself with no administrative help at all whatsoever. I’ll be able to make regular content on a schedule from now on though because the hardest stuff is now officially behind us.

There’s a lot of other moving parts going on too with expansion plans and build permits but I won’t bore you with that. But this new girl will help piggers protect the land and animals from coyotes. Kevin will be moving to Waco with Karen very soon—probably in the next week or two.

By next Saturday we will have the house trimmed out, all appliances, water heater, working showers and sinks, and then furniture!!!

So thankful for all of you supporting through the last 6 months and honestly I was getting misty eyes looking at the old posts on here before the YouTube success. To y’all that have been here before we even bought the land in Waco: thank you. I love you all a ton and I understand 1000% if times change, financials change, or if you just expected more from me on here. I get that! It’s funny—in the last six months God has literally provided almost exactly what I needed to do the farm—pay for the land, the renovations, and the plans for the barn. I started with just the plan to get things going and it wasn’t until after I got the land, sold my car and got the bus, and started tearing things up that the funds were provided. And I have all of you to thank for that as well.

Love you guys and can’t wait to show you where we’re at in a year when everything is finished and in 3-5 years when we expand!

But I rescued two feral cats and were taking em to the vet clinic tomorrow to get em treated and bring em back as barn cats for Waco!!!

Heads up!

I’m taking the raccoon to a rehab that’s way bigger in austin so he can be with litter mates—he’s already gained 100 grams, is completely dewormed and deflead! I have a vidya for y’all on that but I’m gonna make a video for the main channel where we “trap” him here and get permission from the game warden to transport him. (You need special permits even to transport rabies vector species like raccoons) she gave us permission so now lil homie will grow up with a bunch of friends and not be as bonded to me! But for legal purposes I have to “trap” him again to film lol wanted to tell y’all now so u know what’s up!

We lost a soldier today gamers

Wanted to give you guys a heads up first—baby kevin was out during his regular free ranging and got his leg caught in between two cement pillars—I was getting groceries at the time and wasn’t able to get him unstuck immediately. And as I mentioned in the videos they have a high mortality rate for a lot of reasons but one is simply due to their lack of intelligence. When baby Kevin got caught he must have kicked his free foot so much that it bruised/sprained it and he wasn’t able to walk on it. After bringing him inside and keeping him warm and well fed, he quietly passed away later that night in his sleep in the brooder. Stress and leg injuries take a big toll on these guys.

This is also why I still haven’t given them real names yet. They get out of their “danger zone” after 3-4 months. Although I couldn’t have prevented that and he was fine free ranging during the day for the last month, I’m going to be more closely supervising the other babies to ensure their safe development.

If anyone wants to help me make a tribute video I’m going to be taking him up to Waco and burrying him beneath a tree I’m planting in his memory up near where the little pond will be.
