Badge Preview
Added 2020-01-10 22:56:49 +0000 UTCI'm happy to finally be able to share the new badges coming to the game soon! These are some rough crops of the badges, so the final version will be cleaner and have some minor touch ups (the correct colour for the star on the bronze and silver ranked badges).
The badge update will be adding both the ranked reward badges, but also an updated set of Patreon backer badges. The ranked badges will display the season number on them instead of the star, and the star badges will be added based on players average for that year. The ranked badges design will also very between each year, so badges for 2020 will have a new design.
You'll be able to display one of your badges beside your name in the chat, but the Patreon badge can always be displayed as an additional badge. Further more you'll also be able to display your badge in a new player profile that will be added together with them!
I'm still putting the last touches on the player profile, but you should expect a preview of it soon. Beside just your badges, the player profile will also be able to display your AniList/Kitsu/MAL, account age, overall guess-rate and total number of songs played.
