2025-02-09 11:03:00 +0000 UTCThat should not disappoint! Nate's journey has been front and center the whole time. Remember how he reacted when he got promoted? He misunderstood and immediately went off on Rebecca, calling her a shrew. Nate is volatile. He's unsure of himself and really wants to be admired, and he's willing to be awful to his replacement (really, truly horrible, again and again) just to shore up his own position. His own father never gave him the appreciation he sought, and so he turned to Ted. And Ted hasn't given up on him.
