March 2023 POSTCARD CLUB - Tateyama Snow Walls
Added 2023-03-06 09:14:07 +0000 UTCI was here in 2017 while hitchhiking and since we're hitting the 6th anniversary of this trip, I thought I'd bring the orange jacket back to visit a big attraction on the Sea of Japan side. It's one of the most impressive natural sites I've seen - with help from bulldozers. I wonder how they make it?! Seeing the buses come through - dwarfed by the snow walls ... gives you the feeling how small we are to nature.
