It's really kind of a shame that all the cool showa era buildings are going away, it's that charm that makes me really want to see it, then again I dont really have much interest in tokyo its self not that I wouldnt enjoy it but there are just too many beautiful places outside of tokyo that my eyeballs crave. Where would you say are the best places to still capture that kind of showa charm? Also wondering what your top 3 suggestions of where to enjoying the autumn leaves ? I think I may be convinced to come during autumn now when initially I was thinking spring. Im sure there will be multiple trips but oof I only make it once... those leaves are too beautiful to miss.
