You may have to wait until the post office as well has completed their investigation. As an aside, can’t they tell if the phone has been activated and where is it? Also did you talk to your credit card company? My Mastercard card will create a claim in with a seller for non delivery. In any case - 1500$ and for what is right - is worth the time imo,

I am planing in the Future a Travel to Japan and i am learning Japanese for that matter but I don't won't to disturb the People in Japan. I Hope you can understand what i like to ask and Sorry for my bad English.
