We’ll keep the answers short so we can have more people call in. I plan to do another live stream for all the ONLY in JAPAN GO channel after but I think we should do it first with our community here. I noticed many Japanese that interact with customers say kudasai/arigatto multiple times.. Could it be because its part of the job specification or is it because Japanese naturally want to please people and show respect everytime?
