Hail citizens,

One week down, 63 renders down. It looks like ep 3 will settle on 14-15k words and 700-750 renders, so about the same length as ep 2. However it'll have a lot more animations and scene variety.

The script is all done, except for the Arena fights. I spent this week finishing off every other scene, and creating flowcharts for the fights.

Based on feedback I've received via Discord and other platforms, I've decided to give the combat system a rest. Instead, each fight will have a couple of choices (some of which can cause our MC's death). The lanista will give you hints about your opponents though, so listen to him! ;)

And as you can maaaybe tell from the preview pic (if you squint), our MC's also getting a haircut in ep 3. I thought this would be a neat way to symbolize the big change in his situation that will happen in this episode. #newme
