Radiant Captivity
Added 2023-11-12 05:11:46 +0000 UTCFrom the last poll, It looks like most folks are interested in brand new PD outcomes. This works out pretty well, since some of the SOTR framework development can be repurposed for a dynamic post-defeat captivity and quest system. Right now, the working title for this project is Radiant Captivity. I'm still thinking about what this is going to look like, but an initial radiant quest could be the player being put into a collar and forced to retrieve some item or in the vein of Quick As You Like, forced to "race" to some location (another bandit fort, etc.). I'm also curious to see if anyone has suggestions or ideas for what they'd like to see.

2024-01-15 23:20:43 +0000 UTCIf you still taking ideas, I did always wonder if a system could be implemented similar to the Follower slavery mod, but from the players perspective. You'd be "kept" by a specific bandit for a set duration or until you've managed to escape. if you fail to escape in time it could lead to SS++ or something else, perhaps traded to another bandit camp and the cycle repeats until an escape is made. would seem immersive since the bandits at mistwatch keep captives with the quest to eliminate them being started by finding an escapee on the road as a random encounter.
