About the Journal:
When we started Answer In Progress, we were burnt out students wishing that we had more freedom to explore our curiosity without the burden of homework assignments. After we graduated, we got that freedom and it was a little too… free.
The lack of structure meant we sometimes got stuck, lost our way, or got overwhelmed by the sheer lack of organization. We missed the satisfaction of solving a mystery and learning something new. So, we began to develop a system of prompts and stages to keep us on track without sacrificing the freedom to explore the nooks and crannies along the way. The Curiosity Journal is the culmination of what we have learned about learning while doing research at Answer in Progress!
It works by setting stages to your research and limiting how deep you can dive at any given point. That isn’t to say you can’t fall down a rabbit hole, but it provides a structure to help you make intentional decisions. The journal has checks and balances to help you maintain a rigorous standard, to keep your notes organized, and to keep everything coherent after you emerge from your researching haze.
Plus, if you aren’t like us and you don't have YouTube videos to record your research adventures, you’ll have this nice journal with everything you learned about a particular topic! In our ideal world, you get to build a collection of little Curiosity Journals with all the little research projects you decide to do!

Love this journal and it works perfectly on my remarkable tablet, but it's a bit too light for my eyes. Is there a way for me to make the gray darker or even black? Thank you!
