While "and then it arrived" wasn't the intended ending to the video, the contribution from it to the Taha chaos (and Taha actually *getting* his sofabed) was a good wrap-up.

2021-12-12 08:52:57 +0000 UTCI had a very similar experience, also with a couch, but before covid. In 2019, my wife and I bought a couch in March with promised delivery in July. Just days before our scheduled delivery date, we were told it was delayed by a week…and the next week, we were told it was delayed until October! After an angry phone call or two, we got the delivery date moved “up” to September, and thankfully they stuck to that one. It's a very nice couch that we still love and we got it for an amazing price, but we could have gone without the delay and stress!
