2025-02-03 20:45:06 +0000 UTCI only drink decaf but I like coffee so I drink decaf. I get made fun of all the time for drinking decaf coffee and it’s so frustrating because it literally tastes exactly the same - the only difference is the lesser caffeine

2024-08-19 00:29:50 +0000 UTCIt is so interesting to see the connection between coffee and productivity. I don't drink a lot of coffee, one a day if I have any at all, but since we live in a society, that feeling of I need to get this done and coffee makes me feel awake makes a lot of sense. Even the act of going to a Cafe to be productive, but that's another story of separating personal and work spaces.

2021-11-18 22:53:23 +0000 UTCWhen I first started working, I drank a lot of coffee, but I found I was still low on energy late in the afternoon and couldn't sleep well (apparently coffee keeps you up for 8 hours). So now I only have coffee in the morning, because I like it. Beyond that, just move regularly and take a snack in between lunch and dinner. I get tired in the afternoon, but I didn't feel like drinking coffee changed that. The dance breaks are a good suggestion though, I'll try that.

2021-11-18 22:18:41 +0000 UTCIt's amazing that literally every single thing Taha said I was like "yeah I do that too!". I mean, even the dance breaks! It's so reassuring to see someone else that also doesn't do caffeine (yes that's the term now) and just gets along fine. Also, at 20:58 - as someone who has a 8:00 to 17:00 constant work cycle at an office, and get up at 7:00, I think that even while regulating your sleep you can keep up, as long as you can regulate also how much stuff you do in a day. Like, it's fine! do lrss stuff per day. We were not designed to work so much time and be so productive. Anyway that my take. Really liked this snippet of your thoughts!
