Speaker.bot 0.1.2 Release!

Yes, that's right, Speaker.bot v0.1.2 has finally been promoted to stable, and with it, comes a handful of new features, updates and fixes.
Some of these new features, updates and fixes are outlined below
- New TTS engine, ElevenLabs.io
- Fixes to UberDuck TTS Engine
- New Headless mode
- Updated libraries
- Performance improvements
- Bad words filter is now case insensitive
- Fix 7TV emotes not being parsed
