Hello everyone! I havn't done one of these mega long boring posts in a long time and I thought I should. This helps me get down on paper what I wanna do and helps keep you in the loop as to what I am doing. SO, without further girl goo, lets get this party started!

UPCOMING PROJECTS "The Pipeline" heh...

Here is a detailed list of what is in the pipeline and being prepared as of today. We are actively working on models, voice acting, sets, hair, etc for all of these projects right now.

FUTA SENTAI SQUAD 3 & 4 - AdultTime Exclusive (NOT RELEASED YET WILL PROVIDE LINKS ASAP)

So, I have been asked this a few times and I want to clarify and make sure everyone is on the same page. This is a project that AdultTime hired our studio to produce. I do not own any of the rights to it, so I am not able to share it here on Patreon. This will be an exclusive to AdultTime but I will provide an affiliate link WHEN Futa Sentai Squad 3 and 4 will be launching (it'll probably be a few months).

We have turned in a fully completed Episode 3 to them and are working on Episode 4. As you have probably guessed, this does slow down the production of our own stories a bit because animation is very time consuming work. However, AdultTime has been a very good partner to us and helped us bring in a long of additional revenue so that we can afford to hire. My hope is that once this series is done, I can aggressively look to hire another senior animator to help speed things up.

SPEEDING THINGS UP YOU SAY?

SO yeah... my goal this year was to get animations to 1 per month... we were close but then when we started work on FSS3 and FSS4 we kinda fell way behind. Again, animation is just super hard work but so is modeling, texturing, rigging, rendering, etc... and I think I just took on a bit too much at once and as I said before, I got a little overwhelmed (didn't curl up into a ball and sit in the corner of the room and cry or anything hahahaha... 😂).

Also, I have a contractor that I have worked with for a long time that is in Ukraine. Due to world events he was unable to work with us for a few months. Thankfully, he is safe and as of this month, he is working with us again. He helps us put together our character rigs (one of the most important parts of this whole process) and our characters hair. 

Again, thankfully, he is safe now and able to work with us again. Overall, I think our team is in a good place and I hope to be at 1 animation per month by early 2023.

TEAM YOU SAY?

Yes, as of now, we have 2.5 full time animators and one in a training stage. I say 2.5 because I myself have to do a bunch of other stuff to keep things going (IE: rendering, special effects, clothing, simulations, fluids, site management, reviewing/testing new models, rigs, etc...). Next year I am going to look into offloading some of my duties to others so I can focus on more animation as that is what I love the most.

As of this moment, myself and my Lead Animator are working Double Snuggle. Our Junior Animator is working on FSS4 for the time being. After Double Snuggle, my Lead Animator and myself will start on AMRL9 then they will break off mid way through and focus on FSS4. 

After FSS4, the whole team will be focused on our own studio animations and this is when I feel we will be able to get to 1 episode per month. Here is a breakdown of how our team looks right now:

• AgentRed - Animation / Fluids / Simulations / Rendering / Hiring VA/SetDesigners/Contractors etc... + Business Stuff
• AgentBlue - Animation (Lead Animator)
• AgentTeal - Animation (Junior Animator)
• AnimatorOrange - Animation (in training), Some Riggings
• AgentOddmore - Modeling, Texturing

My hope is to hire another full time lead or senior animator next year but that is VERY hard to do because of the NSFW nature and genre of content that we produce. Despite offering an overly competitive salary, no one that matches the criteria we are looking for has been interested as of yet. But, I will keep trying =)

KEEP TRYING YOU SAY?

Yes, I want to say that I am always going to keep trying to do better and be better at this. I am learning as I go. I am fumbling around in the dark. I am doing things and dealing with things that I have never dealt with before and this year has been a bit harder than past ones because of "growing pains" I suppose. But, I feel I have a good, clear direction for the next year and the studio is in a good rhythm now. We are finally starting to get ahead on some assets and I hope that things will go smoothly for the next few releases!

Once, again I have to say thank you to everyone for making all of this possible. I feel so very grateful to everyone who supports me and this studio and I honestly wish I could make everyone's futanari dream's come true. A good example is the "tiddy milk" post form yesterday. Like a billion people said YOU MUST ANIMATE THIS... so yeah, we instantly put together an idea to animate that, got a script together, and yes, we will be turning that into an animation for the holidays. I hope that overtime I am able to make everyone's fantasies come to life in some form or fashion because I know without you I wouldn't be here. So thank you again and again and again with all my heart!

On another note, it is important to me to reply and interact as much as I can but I find myself missing messages or things now a days and I just want you to know that this is NEVER personal or intentional. I am always open to hearing your ideas or replying to thoughts or questions and I do my best.
