Thanks for answering the questions. You are a talented artist, and your teacher was wrong. As for my name, my full name is Edgar Vance Shearin, but unlike most people in the US, I use my middle name instead of my first name to identify myself. to all my friends and family I am Vance. So I often, but not always, have to write my name E. Vance Shearin to indicate I am using my middle name instead of my first name on computer programs and legal documents. I also, go by the screen name Evershear on some social media.
