Changes to $1 Patreon Tiers!

I went ahead and made a new $3 tier that's gonna function essentially the same as the previous $1 tier, but now you also get discounts off of my commissions! From June forward, all of my Patreon posts will be made for $3+ tiers only, as to give people an opportunity to switch over to the new tier or cancel their pledge if they want.
