OK. So I'm giving away a signed guitar, but first, some intro!!
Tour starts in ONE WEEK!!! I am kind of in disbelief. Today I'm shifting from "DO ALL THE THINGS!! PREPARE! PREPARE! PREPARE" mode, to "remember to breathe and how about let's get to a good mental space before things get even crazier" mode, and it feels good. But one of the last (and most important things on my to do list) is make sure people know about these shows!!
One thing that always bums me out is when I come home from a giant tour to emails and tweets and comments saying "I wish you'd play in ____ someday!!" ...and "____" is a city I played in literal DAYS before. The internet is such a crowded place these days, and since I'm the only one telling anyone about my shows, turns out I reach a very small percentage of the people that would actually want to know about them every time I post.
So that's where you all come in! I'm asking for help in spreading the word about tour so as many people as possible that would want to come out know about the shows in time!
You can help spread the word in 1 of 2 places (or both!?)--Instagram and Facebook. All the details are on these posts, but basically you tag your friends and let them know I'm coming to your city!
A bit about the guitar for anyone that's still with me in this novel of a post, it's a Bedell Earthsong Dreadnought. THIS GUITAR IS MY CURRENT FAVORITE. I recorded most of the new album on it and I'll be playing it on tour. The lovely folks at Bedell have offered to donate one for me to sign and give away to help the cause!!

I shared the "History" video on my Facebook, shared a little blip about what it meant to me personally, and mentioned that I was excited to attend an upcoming show. I planned on going alone because I often struggle to find concert-going buddies these days. One of my friends who NEVER goes to concerts and wasn't aware of your music left a comment "when and where is the show and can I come?" Your song made that kind of impression on her after one listen. I told her, and now she's joining me. :) I told her "if you don't want me to abandon you for a little bit, you're going to have to get the meet and greet, too"...so she did. lol I did tag some friends of mine who love what you do in a comment, but they're scattered all over the globe, so I simply made them aware that you're hitting the road.
