I am at peace, brother, I knew you're content would be good but this is phenomenal. I have had/done breathing exercises but this was the most intense one I have experienced. I am completely relaxed. The first video I have done on patron on you're page and this has been the best investment in myself I have ever done out of all the things that i have bought to improve myself. It was such a great decision to go further with you, I've watch a ton of you're youtube content to gain knowledge but now that I also know that you teach and guide me and us through this is truly a blessing! I will dive even deeper, you will definitely see me in the comments again! Truly an amazing human being you are doing this!!

Love your breath work videos Joseph. My only question is related to the frequency of the exercises Should I do them every day and how many times a day is recommended?
