I've been following you and the guys for a good while, but I think that this is my first time responding. I just want to pass on my most sincere condolences to Mika and family on the loss of her Dad. That's really rocks you losing your parent. I lost my Dad some time ago and I shut down. I stopped talking, eating... just wasn't functioning. My boss was the one who picked up on the changes in me and did a great job of bringing me around. Please make her talk to you about everything she is feeling.
