Added 2024-05-31 17:00:12 +0000 UTCNot too much to update you all on this week unfortunately, I'm still waiting patiently for the Black Ops 6 marketing to conclude before I make a start on the marketing for Mob. In the meantime I've been focusing on playtesting and polishing up Mob as well as focusing hard on some of my other projects that I still can't talk on much at this time.
I'll try to have a bonus post up over the weekend as a follow up, perhaps will do more work on Vegas! With Mob of the Dead nearing completion and most of my work recently being on aspects that I don't want to spoil just yet I've had a hard time coming up with things to show off on here lol, I apologise for that.

2024-06-01 03:29:57 +0000 UTCI think Black Ops 6 is going to be very good, the style of the old games won't ever come back because most of the charm of those games came from the engine they were built on but the new ones aren't bad either imo, Cold War was great and I imagine BO6 is going to be similar in style to that game!

2024-05-31 20:06:50 +0000 UTCI'm guessing this means trailer release after June 9th. And full release late June? Also personally I don't think custom zombie marketing will get taken away from BO6. The people tgat play modern zombies are casuals that are just getting into it. The people this map markets to are the real OG fans that know that even if BO6 has round based zombies it will never be the same ever. Buyable ammo, custom starting weapons and other aspects like dropping weapons and picking up grenades and other things make it too much like war zone and having a round number is just putting a bandaid to a deeper wound. I don't know for anyone else but zombies like in the old days is gone and no amount of trailers for a new game will trick me into buying before I watch streamers play it first. Last cod I bought was cold war and I only ever played and beat the first map. After a few plays after the new aspect wore off you see that it's last luster and doesn't appeal to zombie fans at all. The was the last cod I bought amd hopefully I'm wrong but I don't think BO6 is going to be any different.
