2024-06-04 19:56:24 +0000 UTCSo the answer to my post is yes I did misunderstand something. I needed to contact you and I missed that instruction. I canceled my membership immediately so it wouldn't keep renewing in case I couldn't figure things out and I would forget about it. I posted the message to try to get clarification. The site is not very user friendly--I couldn't find someone to contact directly. I was frustrated that I paid for something and wasn't able to access what I paid for. But clearly you're angry with me so I guess I'm not going to get access to any videos now, which is ultimately all I wanted to see if its worth it.
