Time for my first steps into the world of 3D printing, where I will explore the science of a fascinating printing technique. A resin printer that uses photons to print ultraprecise.
It feels so futuristic to use light and liquid to print something solid in 3D. And based on your answers in the latest poll, resin printers are still relatively rare compared to the filament 3D printers.
I will show you how the printing proces works in a UV resin printer and do some measurements on the printer's light, filtering etc.
I am excited by the possibilities this opens to me. I can for example finish my laser beam dump :)
