What makes green lasers the best lasers?

After giving you something to think about in the poll about the brightest laser, it is time to show you how to calculate lumens (and lux) from a laser to find the answer.
It is relatively easy for a monochromatic light source like a laser. And the results make it obvious, why the Laserglow Hercules has the most visible beam of all my lasers.
Wanna guess how many lux it is? Sunlight is max 100,000 lux in case you need a reference.
