Tifa faces Scarlet and tells her to release her friends. Little did she know that Scarlet was specting her and ordered Aerith to sneak behind Tifa and restrain her, while Jessie proceeded to attach the control collar to her neck. Transforming Tifa into a barefoot obedient drone of Shinra.
