I think this would be fine for a submission, but it could depend on your location. Perhaps you could reach out to the nearest gallery first, and THEN decide on submitting you art based off their response. But I absolutely love this and I think NOW is the time for an art piece like this. Especially since the notification for this finished pic came out around the same time as the breaking news headlines regarding the Trans Athlete ban.
