More so than the typical naked body, a pregnant body of a character or irl woman is a much rarer, much more intimate/taboo thing, making it twice as exciting. . .I think. As well, as is very very well illustrated here, pregnant milk filled breasts/areolae take on a unique swelled size, shape and color which is quite different than normal breasts. As an example, I always point to a pregnant Nadine Jansen, who had some of the largest natural breasts during her child baring, with some particularly beautiful pancake areolae.
