“The voice is just a bit mad” 🤣🤣🤣 The way I am CRACKING UP at this choice of words! I feel the same way, Jordan, and I really wish I didn’t! I’m still keeping my fingers crossed I’ll warm up to it, but if I don’t I honestly might do the same as you and just give the show a fond kiss farewell after this season. Which would make me SO SAD but I don’t see a point reacting to a show I don’t love anymore? But yeah HOPEFULLY IT DOESN’T COME TO THAT 🥺 I’m still giving this season as a whole a fair shake and seeing where I land. Rick & Morty is going to be soooo interesting, too. Terry and Korvo are SO CUTE! I love when they get all affectionate with each other too :’) I feel like the writers really leaned into their relationship the past few seasons and it’s just adorable to me. Okay something about seeing “Woodchuck E Trees” written out is making me INSANE right now 😂 God that was funny. See- these are the moments I still live for in this show! I’d never heard Something About Us but am vibing to it currently while writing the rest of this comment! Idk if you have Spotify but I am loving the video cover that’s playing as well ~ V anime inspired! The meta humor in this show is truly second to none for me. And oh my gosh I HOPE this is a new era of empathy for Yumulack because, like you said, something about him looking out for Jessie hit me so hard 🥺❤️ My family trip was great, thank you so much for asking! We rented a cabin that was up in the mountains and the views were just insane. We played a lot of cards and sat in rockers on the porch and ventured into town for a moonshine tasting (because at the end of the day I am still a country- ass-mfer hahaha). It was nice to spend that quality time just the 4 of us like old times :’)

Oh my god I can only imagine what a Solar Opposites V-day special will have in store for us 🤣

Yeahhhh, I have to agree the new voice is just a bit mad😅 I was definitely trying to be as positive as possible about it last week, but it’s changed the whole dynamic of the show it kinda feels like. We definitely got back into those more familiar elements of Terry and Korvo’s relationship in this episode, which was a joy!✨ They’re really affectionate with each other when they reunite after their little episodic quarrels, it’s really lovely and my favourite part of their dynamic🩷 That one episode, I can’t remember what season I just remember those dog creatures that turned everyone into wine bottles really😭💀 but when Terry and Korvo made up near the end of the episode I think that was the first time they kissed each other and I just remember being like “AWW🥺😂” Yeah, the show’s definitely not bad now by any means, this was a really good and funny episode for me, but it’s just different! Wether Justin was a pivotal and integral part of the shows success is irrelevant I think, he was a part of it just as much as every other actor is, I’d feel exactly the same way if any other main character’s VA was replaced because they’re all nothing without the sum of their parts, yk? I have to say if it wasn’t for this lovely channel and I was just enjoying these shows by myself, I probably wouldn’t be tuning in to new Solar Opposites or Rick and Morty and the shows would just end at season 3 and 6 for me in my head. It’s an immersion breaker for me more than anything which is a big part of all my favourite shows. The ability to just get lost in that world, especially the unique feeling that each show gives you is based on all those moving parts, so when one get’s changed it’s hard to get that original feeling from it anymore. Having said alllll that though, I’m still really enjoying this season so far and I’m especially excited to see where we’re at now with the wall, last seasons wall ending was a dooozy to put it so eloquently in your words😂🌟 Okay, the tree puns in this episode were outta control🤣 The only one I can really remember off the top of my head was “Woodchuck E Trees” which was hilarious, but I know there were so many more!!😂😭 My only real reference to Chuck E Cheese is through random movie references or the occasional appearance in a meme video but it’s sounds like an insane place, probably fun for kiddos tho😂 Omg Daft Trunk too, stop it!🤣 I do enjoy a good Daft Punk song every now and then, One More Time is such a banger, also Something About Us is a really nice vibe, I never skip that one when it comes on shuffle!✨ I did watch the trailer for Gerald’s Game when it came out but it just looked like 90 minutes of pure stress and I wasn’t about it!😅 The movie references in this show though are always top notch! One of my favourite episodes still is the Lakehouse Device one where Korvo tried to change Terry into a more productive Partner and it goes SO wronggg😭 The way they just blatantly point out what they’re doing through Terrys love of pop culture is such a good way to do it for this show, it’s brilliantly done every time I think! I can’t believeeee they left the Pupa in the car the whole time they were there omg💀 They looked very happy and content with their little toy when they woke up though, so no harm no foul I guess?😭💀 I do hope Terry’s going to take more responsibility in the Pupa’s upbringing having now left the work environment, but I doubt it🤣 wishful thinking for sure LOL! I’m really shocked about Yumulack too, they were my favourite part of this episode! That sweet moment where he spared Jesse from the harsh reality of the situation came out of nowhere for me!🥺 Is this the beginning of a new softer side of Yumulack because I’m allllll here for it, he’s got some making up to do for the last three seasons of pure douchery so better late than never!😂 Lastly and the absolute highlight of the episode was you saying “RAKE FIGHT!!!” just before they did, I absolutely dieddd!!🤣 You’re so finely-tuned to this shows humour at this point clearly so that was just such a great moment😭 I hope you’re having a lovely vacation though, mate! I’d love to hear all about it when you get back✨

This episode really surprised me with the Gerald's Game references because I've actually watched the Netflix movie and while it's not one of his biggest books the movie was actually pretty decent. Also of note is when Terry ran into the other guy he called them Bachmann Bros because it was one of the Stephen king books he published under his pseudonym Richard Bachmann which he used as a way to see if people were just buying books because he was the author but people figured out it was him anyway. Yeah next week isn't a wall episode but there is more of it. This season is a little weird in that it has 11 episodes though I don't know if that means we won't get a holiday episode or if one episode is like to set up a spinoff like a backdoor pilot.
