End of March update

Hello all,

I've spent some time trying to fill out the arsenal of NWO structures to the game, though have mostly been focused on (non-DORF related) work.

For next month, we will not be hosting another community poll, and instead will be focusing on creating more general content to show in a short teaser trailer for DORF that will be featured in an upcoming gaming show. I can't say too much about that right now, but I can say I'll simply be focused on getting in as much cool stuff (for lack of a better term) to show off in this trailer, so this means a smattering of new units from all factions that will just look cool to see in a short, minute long trailer video.

In addition to that, Tovl should be wrapping up the next phase of the resource rework project next month (specifically, a Factorio-like conveyer and fluid system), so there will be more on that front as well.
